Dr. Lorna Ciccone, ND, (she/her) is passionate about helping people change their relationship to their pain. She uses the naturopathic ethos to guide her approach to care and in some cases considers regenerative (prolotherapy and platelet-rich plasma) and non-regenerative (steroid and non steroid) injection therapies as a springboard to facilitate a larger healing process.

She is especially enthusiastic about empowering individuals to own each aspect of their healing process and is trained in conversational techniques designed to evoke this power. Rooted in a trauma-informed lens, Dr. Lorna is committed to delivering health education and treatments designed from the latest in brain science. She uses techniques such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, mind-body medicine approaches, and therapeutic journaling techniques alongside traditional naturopathic treatments to get to the root cause of an individual’s pain or symptoms.

Dr. Lorna is trained to deliver not only prolotherapy, platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) and steroid injections, but also identify dietary, lifestyle and emotional challenges that may be getting in the way of healing. She can also combine traditional pharmaceuticals, botanical medicine, supplements and acupuncture as a part of her treatments.

Dr. Rochelle Harder, ND (she/her) approaches health from a passionate lens. She aims to connect the dots for patients and help them make sense of their health. She avoids cookie-cutter approaches, preferring to meet people where they are and ensure treatment plans work for each person.

Having personally experienced and overcome decades of digestive challenges with naturopathic medicine, Dr. Rochelle feels deeply called to support patients on their own gut health journeys. Her approach involves assessing and treating the gut microbiome to not only improve uncomfortable symptoms but to also regulate its effect on the skin, immune, hormone and gut-brain connections.

She also focuses her practice on women’s health and prides herself in taking seriously the concerns people with a uterus have regarding menstrual health and the perimenopause transition into menopause. Dr. Rochelle is passionate about challenging the long-standing tendency to dismiss women’s symptoms in healthcare. A common saying patients will hear Dr. Rochelle say is, “That symptom may be common, but it is not normal!”

Special Interests:

  • Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), parasites, post-infectious dysbiosis
  • Menstrual concerns such as pain, heavy bleeding, irregular periods, fibroids
